All full priced Original Paintings via Priority with tracking within the US or Fedex Home delivery.  Please select the Standard Shipping option during checkout and you will be automatically upgraded.

Greeting card or Original Watercolor Painting orders outside  will ship via USPS International or DHL


for Unless otherwise stated in listing, orders ship within 3-5 days. Depending on when you place your order, it can take 2-12 days to arrive if you are in the US. Expedited shipping methods are available.

Processing time may take slightly longer during November and December due to busy holiday season.

International orders will be packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days and the delivery timeline will vary by country and carrier.

Please contact us directly if rush delivery is needed.

We are offered Local pick up, Please selected the pick up choice at check out. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is super important to us!
If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you free of charge or issue a refund. Please email essenceoftheart@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged goods and I will replace them as soon as I can upon inventory availability.
For returns due to any other reason, please initiate the return within 14 days from receiving the product. However, the original order shipping cost will be non-refundable.
